THE INFLUENCE OF ETHNIC COMMUNITIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGULATORY LEGAL ACTS ON CONCEPTUAL ISSUES OF STATE ETHNOPOLITICS

Abstract

Ethnic groups are integral political actors along with other types of social groups that have specific features. They often become key political players in today's geopolitical turmoil. This is largely due to the fact that some ethnic groups are already moving towards establishing their own institutions within existing states, some already have them, and others are increasingly asserting their political rights in countries where they are not an ethnic majority. Mechanisms for solving the international agenda, based on the institutions of democratic representation and providing opportunities for the active participation of ethical groups in the social and political life of the state, which are designed to help solve a problem. A characteristic feature of the political participation of ethnic studies in society is their stability and integrity. Sustainability here is determined by the functioning of the group for a long time and in a certain area. The integrity of such a community is supported by subjective processes of identification, the recognition by individuals of their individuals of their belonging to this community. Thus, an ethnic group is a group of people who have a common history, language, customs and identity and adhere to common norms of behavior in the process of social interaction and participation, as within the group outside it. The participation of such groups in public life allows the development of interethnic relations in the state and strengthens trust between the peoples inhabiting the country. Involving ethnic groups in political processes allows them to exercise their political rights, represent their interests, and thus strengthen ties with the government. The political participation of ethnic groups in the political process is the result of the growth of their own ethnic identity and the activity of political elites. It is political leaders and ethnoterritorial political elites who mobilize ethnic groups, realizing the possibility of redistribution of different types of resources with other groups, which will be discussed in the article.
