MECHANISMS OF SOCIAL INTERACTION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND CIVIL SOCIETY AT THE STAGE OF POST-WAR DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The article addresses an important task of public administration, which consists in the formation of mechanisms of social interaction between public authorities and civil society. The necessity of the mentioned cooperation in strengthening democracy and reducing the level of socially negative phenomena such as corruption, poverty and mistrust is emphasized. According to the author of the article, the mechanisms of social interaction between the authorities and the public will contribute to building an open democratic society in which people will trust public authorities and solve problems of socio-economic development through joint efforts. The article emphasizes the leading role of a socially active citizen, as he is able to actively participate in public and political processes, defend his rights and interests. The work emphasizes the social nature of the interaction between the government and society, which is aimed at achieving effective governance, ensuring civil rights and freedoms, as well as supporting social stability and socio-economic development. The study contains the disclosure of the essence of the mechanisms of social interaction, which consists in the creation of an appropriate algorithm for the implementation of government actions to achieve the social goals of civil society. The article includes communication, participatory, regulatory and information mechanisms to such mechanisms. The work builds a model of the formation of social interaction mechanisms, which is built on the principles of transparency, openness, inclusiveness, accountability and trust. The study contains survey data on the low level of trust on the part of the population in government institutions and civil society institutions, which requires finding ways to improve the mechanisms of social interaction between the government and society.
