MODERN INVESTMENT IN HOUSING CONSTRUCTION IN UKRAINE: ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORMS AND PROBLEMS OF STATE PROTECTION

Abstract

The article examines the organizational and legal forms of investment in housing construction in Ukraine, highlights the way of transformation of such forms and their prevalence, which is specific to the real estate market. The article emphasizes the importance of creating sufficient investment conditions for attracting foreign and national investments, creating sufficient guarantees to cover the risks of investors. The construction industry is a strategic branch of the economy of any country. It combines all branches of the economy, as all branches need real estate to conduct their commercial and non-commercial activities. Construction of residential and commercial real estate directly affects the economic and social development of the entire country. This area is closely related to other types of business activities, such as: import, production, sale, construction materials, finishing materials, household appliances, mortgage lending, investment sector, etc. Performance indicators that directly affect the number and quality of jobs, taxes to the budget, infrastructure development, transport connections, engineering networks, inflation, the financial sector of the economy, etc. The author's conclusions and proposals are aimed at improving regulatory and legal regulation in the field of construction, which should contribute to the development of the industry, increase the quality of construction works, and create favorable conditions for investment. The implementation of the proposed measures can significantly improve the state of the construction industry in Ukraine and ensure its sustainable development in the long term.
