TOURISM IN UKRAINE UNDER MILITARY LAW – PROBLEMS OF RECOVERY AND FINDING NEW MANAGEMENT MODELS

The article analyzes the situation on the tourist market of Ukraine in the conditions of military law and the consequences of the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the world tourist market. The issue of the influence of security factors on the recovery of inbound and domestic tourism has been considered, and the main problems that may be faced by subjects of tourism activity in the post-war period have been outlined. Today, tourism is considered as one of the main drivers of the post-war recovery of Ukraine. But the speed of recovery of tourism in Ukraine will depend primarily on solving a number of security and infrastructure issues. The article singles out those types of tourism (business, ecological, gastronomic) that should be given primary attention in the process of post-war restoration of the tourism sphere of Ukraine. The study reviews the travel destinations that were most negatively affected by the consequences of the russian-ukrainian war. In particular, statistical data on the number of tourist arrivals from russia and Ukraine to individual countries of the European Union before and during the war are analyzed. The analysis of the processes of diversification of tourist flows, which can be traced in the countries of southern Europe (Cyprus, Greece), is carried out. The article examines the issue of Ukraine's gradual transition to new models of management of the domestic tourism sphere. In particular, it is about the creation of marketing organizations for the management of tourist destinations – in the form of regional and local tourism organizations for the management of destinations (DMO). Similar organizations have been working successfully in most countries of the European Union for a long time. It was concluded that only the introduction of new models of management of the tourism sphere, based on the principles of public-private partnership, will be able to lead to a rapid recovery of tourism in Ukraine.
