IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE POLICY OF PUBLIC WELFARE IN THE CONTEXT OF PUBLIC WELFARE IN THE PERIOD OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATIONS

The article defines that in the context of the idea of well-being and public well-being, the task of state social security is considered, in which public well-being is understood primarily as the well-being of citizens with all factors, and especially through modern socio-economic restructuring and transformations. The content of the concept of well-being and the role of the state in protecting economic and social well-being. It is emphasized that the right to well-being and a dignified life does not have an unambiguous interpretation, and in different political doctrines this right acquires different sounds. It has been found that in the modern world, where socio-economic transformations are taking place at an ever-increasing speed, issues of public well-being are gaining particular relevance. The general welfare state, or welfare state, acts as an important tool in ensuring stability and justice in society. This concept assumes that the state not only regulates economic processes, but also actively intervenes in the social sphere, providing its citizens with a certain level of welfare and protection. It is substantiated that public well-being in the concept of the general welfare state covers a wide range of aspects, including economic stability, social justice, access to quality education and health care. Ensuring decent working conditions and social protection for all citizens is also an important element. In today’s environment, states are faced with the need to implement innovative approaches to support these goals, given the rapid changes in the global economy and technological shifts affecting the labor market and social structures. It is proved that in the most general features, the general welfare state can be defined as a form of social organization of the collective life of the nation, in which public welfare is understood mainly as the welfare of citizens, and the state plays a key role in protecting the social and economic welfare of its citizens as an important right of a citizen and a basic the basis of the well-being of the entire society. It is based on the principles of equality of citizens in the right to a dignified life, fair distribution of wealth and social responsibility for those who cannot provide themselves.
