THE ROLE OF YOUTH DURING THE DURATION OF THE MARITAL STATUS AND IN THE POST-WAR ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL RECOVERY OF KHERSON

Abstract

Relevance of the topic. The relevance of the research topic is due to the need for maximum involvement of young people in the process of post-war reconstruction in order to ensure maximum development. Understanding that young people express readiness to return to Ukraine and see their future in their native country, it is necessary to understand how this desire can be supported and help self-realization. A relevant example for this is the actually destroyed and mined Kherson region, where the Right Bank has been liberated for a year Right Bank, but the scale of destruction left behind by the occupiers is impressive. On the basis of this experience, it is possible to single out the problems faced by young people after the de-occupation of all the currently occupied territories, and actually improve the strategies for the development and involvement of the youth of the entire country, because they are an ambitious, determined and innovative part of society. A comparison of youth development before a full-scale invasion and during active hostilities is made, and the impact they can have on the country's post-war recovery is clarified. For a better post-war recovery with the maximum involvement of this stratum of society, recommendations were developed to expand opportunities during the decentralization reform. Theoretical methods were used to write the work, in particular: identification of the problem, identification of contradictions, deduction method. Theoretical methods of operations were also used, such as: analysis, comparison and comparison, making analogies, generalization and abstraction. On the basis of the empirical method of action, the generalization of experience was carried out, and with the help of the empirical method of operations, the theoretical material was studied, the conclusions were substantiated, and the study of the research results was carried out. It is proved that the elements of scientific novelty of the obtained results are the author's personal contribution to the study of the current state of youth activity, its influence on social, political, economic, cultural, etc. factors, and its importance for the further development of decentralization with the greatest possible involvement of youth as a way of solving problems related to effective post-war reconstruction and development.
