MODERNIZATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION MECHANISMS IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION OF TEACHERS

Abstract

The article examines topical issues of modernization of public administration mechanisms in the system of continuing education of teachers in the context of modern technological and socio-cultural transformations. It is noted that teachers face new challenges and opportunities, such as technological innovations and changes in teaching methods. The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate and develop strategies for modernizing management to support the professional development of teachers. The necessity of individualizing approaches to professional development, using modern management systems, and developing strategies focused on self-education is highlighted. The results of the study demonstrate the importance of these aspects for creating an effective educational environment and providing the pedagogical sector with the necessary resources. It is noted that modernization has an important scientific value, contributing to the development of new approaches to the management of the educational process. Pedagogical workers in today's world are faced with new challenges and opportunities, such as technological innovations, changes in educational methods and the needs of the labor market. In general, the article demonstrates that the modernization of public administration is key to achieving a high standard of education and supporting the professional growth of teachers in the new environment. The study aims to identify optimal approaches to managing teachers' professional development in the context of modern technological and socio-cultural changes. This involves analyzing and identifying key aspects such as individualizing approaches to teacher professional development, implementing effective management systems, and developing and implementing self-educational strategies that will contribute to the qualitative improvement of the educational process.
