The article explores approaches to improving the quality of application interfaces by considering user behavioral patterns. The primary focus is on analyzing the criteria that determine the quality of application interfaces. The paper discusses key factors that influence interface quality, such as usability, engagement, performance, accessibility, and visual appeal, and their impact on user experience. The overall user experience is shaped by a combination of these criteria. Interface optimization should account for all these factors collectively. It is crucial to continuously gather user feedback and analyze behavioral data to find optimal solutions for improving all aspects of the interface. The paper presents a mathematical model for improving application interfaces, based on user behavior analysis and taking into account their real needs. This model allows for the evaluation and enhancement of interface quality by incorporating behavioral characteristics of users. It is important to use the collected data to fine-tune weights in the loss function and objective function to achieve the best possible results. Special attention is given to assessing the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The article outlines methods for testing the suggested changes and evaluating their impact on interface quality and user experience through metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, and app usability. To assess the effectiveness of these changes, it is essential to conduct testing and analysis based on key metrics that measure user engagement, satisfaction, and app efficiency. This helps determine whether the changes improved the user experience and met the expected outcomes. The article provides recommendations for interface improvement. Based on the research results, practical recommendations are formulated for designers and developers to improve application interfaces while considering user behavior. These recommendations focus on key aspects such as usability, engagement, performance, and accessibility, taking into account real user behavior patterns. Interface optimization should be an ongoing process that incorporates both behavioral patterns and user feedback. Improving application interfaces using behavioral data opens significant opportunities for both developers and users, and further research in this field will contribute to the creation of even more interactive and adaptive digital products.
